I’m a a sports dietitian. I combine real-world experience with science-backed nutrition strategies to help young athletes build strong, healthy habits that last a lifetime. Whether it’s fine-tuning game-day nutrition, tackling post-training recovery, or simply making sure your athlete isn’t running on fumes, I’ve got you covered.

And if you ever hit a snag just email. No need to worry about being “techy”—just bring your enthusiasm, and we’ll take care of the rest!

  • F.E.E.D is about empowering you or your young athlete(s) to develop their own nutrition timeline and meal plan. Own your fuel, Own your game!

  • There is always more support available. For 1:1 guidance and support click on how we can work together. I offer consultations online, in person, in my own sports nutrition clinic and I also provide home visits. (N.B travel costs may need to be included in the consultation charge depending on distance)
